I'm Wendy, and I believe strongly that somatic movement techniques like breathwork and energy activation yoga can facilitate the release of tension held within the body, allowing individuals to access and process deeply-rooted emotions connected to past trauma - including childhood imprints and generational trauma. When we connect our breath with simple movement, we focus our awareness on the present moment. We regulate our nervous system and build resilience and confidence in ourselves. Meet Emi Omori
Emi Kalani`ōpu`u Omori is an artist, energy worker and facilitator of sound journeys. As a sensitive being, Emi has studied the subtle shifts in energies by learning frequency ecology through oli/Hawaiian chant (Kekuhi Keali`ikanaka`ole), astrology (Rakai`el Webb), and energy work (Sacred Path Healing School). After the death of her daughter Kalaniānuenue (Nuggy) in 2018, she has stepped further into her calling of helping others in these transitional times through her energy work and artistic endeavors. Emi enjoys translating the loving reciprocity of her human existence into sacred adornments for time through music, for the body through jewelry, and for spaces through painting, photography and collaborative work with her husband Makali`i in their business Double Happiness Experiments.

Meet Jenna Bryant
Jenna Bryant is a healer who works with the subtle energies of the body and energy field to guide individuals into a frequency of healing and alignment with their true selves. Born and raised on the windward side of Oahu, Jenna graduated from Sacred Path Healing School in 2015 and has since honed and developed her gifts working with individuals from all walks of life to help clear and release old blocks and patterns by addressing the root of stored trauma. She works out of her home in Waimanalo, where she lives with her fiancé and their dog Pua.

Meet Dr. Jules Lee
Jules is a deeply empathic Doctor of Physical Therapy, myofascial release therapist, reiki and energy worker who loves international adventuring, hiking, animals and surfing. She is passionate about the juncture of philosophy, psychology and science where one can examine our true nature and relationship between beliefs, thoughts, emotions (many of which are subconsciously stored) and our body. She feels the biggest first step in healing is the realization that we are not our thoughts; rather we are the thinker and subsequent observer of these thoughts. With this understanding, she helps one reclaim their own power back from social and familial systems they innocently accepted. Being a child of immigrant parents, Jules integrates eastern belief systems including medicine with western thought. She enjoys guiding people back to their innate wisdom if their soul/gut/intuition/na’au that often speaks through our physical manifestations and forms. After all, “We are not humans with a soul. We are souls having a human experience.” Jules lives in Honolulu and is a full-time solo mama to her favoritest humans Cypress and and Nai’a Moon alongside their rascal poi puppy Lily Koi.
