21 Days of Breathwork
21 Days of Breathwork is designed to help support your daily breathing practice. Research shows that a daily breathwork habit can help enhance mood, boost your immune system, improve vitality, and increase energy & focus. In three weeks we will explore deep belly breathing, euphoric breathing and dopamine breathing. Each day's practice will build upon the last, moving you safely from beginner to advanced breather. These techniques will train and strengthen the diaphragm muscle, and help correct your normal breathing technique.
