First of four workshops to study and experience how conscious breathing can heal us physically & emotionally. In this particular workshop we will introduce breathing techniques for activating and deactivating the parasympathetic & sympathetic branches of the nervous system. We will learn why increasing your tolerance to carbon dioxide will improve your breathing efficiency. Lastly, we will introduce the dopamine breathing technique and experience a group breath journey.
